Applicable charge will be applicable to you which will be collected after completion of each month of service. Charge will be applied as per the directives of Kanpur Nagar Nigam. Your unique customer ID will be generated by our system and it will be message to you on your registered mobile number. For updating your data you need to mail us on info@nagarnigamdoortodoor.com
PAYMENT THROUGH ANDROID APP PROVIDED BY OUR SUPERVISOR
After completion of one month of your service our supervisor will visit you physically on provided address. Your charges will be displayed to you by our supervisor. You can pay by cash and receive the receipt from the supervisor. Another mode of payment is online transaction. Our supervisor will provide you a payment gateway page with all details and you can fill the details and confirm the payment. You will get your receipt after successful transaction. We don’t save any of your cards information for the security and privacy issues while your payment with our android app.
PAYMENT WITH WEBSITE
Online payment through our supervisors app is completely secure but if you feel it unsafe, no issues we provide you another way of payment throught our website. Just simply ask our supervisor to send to details via SMS. You will receive a payment link and your unique customer id. Open the link in your browser and make the necessary payment throught website. Online receipt will be provided to you using after successful transaction. We don’t save any of your cards information for the security and privacy issues while your payment with our web page.
RIGHT TO OBTAIN, CORRECT, BLOCK OR DELETE INFORMATION
You have a right to obtain information regarding the personal data stored about you free of charge. Furthermore, you have the right to correct your personal data or have it blocked or deleted. You may, at any time, revoke any given consent to the collection, processing and use of data with future effect.
